Jennifer Hudson took the stage with Cher at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday in Los Angeles. Hudson performed Cher’s “If I Could Turn Back Time” before joining the superstar songstress for a rendition of “Believe.”
Cher wore a pair of vintage Chrome Hearts pants with a rhinestoned top, while Hudson channeled the pop legend in a black bedazzled bodysuit. Cher sported a similar look in the music video for her 1989 track.
Following her performance, Meryl Streep presented Cher with the honorary Icon Award. “I’ve had these pants for 40 years,” the singer said during her acceptance speech. “I thought we should come here and accept this award together.”
“Have a dream and don’t give it up no matter what happens,” she continued. “If you have a dream and stick with it, you will have a wonderful life and it will probably come true.”
