What the Highest-paid CEOs at U.S. Beauty Companies Make

Coty's Sue Nabi was at the top of the list in 2023.

In 2023, Coty’s chief executive officer Sue Nabi leapfrogged her way back to the top spot amid beauty’s highest earning executives.

The reason? A stock allocation of $145.9 million, with graded vesting over several years, subject to conditions.

In second position, the Estée Lauder Cos.’ Fabrizio Freda saw his pay decline for the second year in a row, principally due to a big drop in performance-related incentive pay. Freda’s total pay package for the fiscal year 2023 was $21.8 million, compared with $25.48 million in 2022 and $65.9 million in 2021.
